Upon booking, we will collect a 10% non-refundable deposit, which aligns with our cancellation policy listed below. Guests will be able to manage their payments online via their confirmation email. The remaining balance due, if any, will be collected on the day of the flight.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% will be collected at the time of booking. Cancellation within 30 days of the trip will be charged 50% of the quoted price. Cancellation within 14 days of the trip will be charged 100% of the quoted price. Weather cancellations (at the pilot’s discretion on the day of the flight) will receive a full refund. Attempts will be made to reschedule. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged at full price.

If you are concerned about the need to cancel flights, we suggest you buy trip insurance.

COVID-19: As of April 19, 2021, we are no longer offering refunds for COVID-19 related cancellations.

No one likes talking about their weight on vacation, but we request weight information because it is important to the safety of the flight. Our customers are asked to provide their weight— dressed and with gear— at the time of booking.

Weight provided must be a true weight of the passenger dressed and ready for the trip. Each passenger must weigh less than 240 pounds (108 kg) and cannot carry greater than 10 pounds (5kg) of personal items for a total weight of 250 pounds (114kg). Passenger weight must be correct within (+/-) 10 pounds (5kg). Passengers and gear will be weighed on day of the flight. Any passenger not meeting these requirements on the day of travel will forfeit their seat and their full fare. This is due to weight restrictions of the aircraft. If you or a member of your group falls outside of this weight restriction, please contact us directly to book your tour.

We do not have a crystal ball and the weather in Alaska changes a lot. There is a chance that your trip will be cancelled due to the weather not being safe to fly in. Weather cancellations are the decision of the pilot on the day of the flight. If your trip cancels due to weather, you will be given a full refund and the option to rebook on a space available basis.

We operate two Cessna 206’s on floats allowing us to accommodate up to 10 passengers. However, due to weight restrictions, even small groups may be split into two aircraft. If this is a concern, please call before booking to verify availability.
