HOW TO BOOK

Most of our tours can be booked online. However, if you would prefer to book with us directly, or don’t see a tour you are looking for, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Upon booking, we will collect a 10% non-refundable deposit, which aligns with our cancellation policy listed below. Guests will be able to manage their payments online (a fee may apply) via the confirmation email. The remaining balance due, if any, will be collected on the day of the flight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 10% will be collected at the time of booking. Cancellation within 30 days of the trip will be charged 50% of the quoted price. Cancellation within 14 days of the trip will be charged 100% of the quoted price. Weather cancellations (at the pilot’s discretion on the day of the flight) will receive a full refund. Attempts will be made to reschedule. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged at full price.

If you are concerned about the need to cancel flights, we suggest you buy trip insurance.

COVID-19: As of April 19, 2021, we are no longer offering refunds for COVID-19 related cancellations.

WEIGHT

No one likes talking about their weight on vacation, but we request weight information because it is important to the safety of the flight. Our customers are asked to provide their weight— dressed and with gear— at the time of booking.

Most of our trips have a max load of approximately 800 pounds. However, there may be exceptions based on location. We also ask that our day trip guests keep their daypacks to a maximum of 10 pounds. When providing your weight, please include all clothing, shoes, camera equipment, lunch, water bottles, etc. All passengers will be weighed with their belongings on the day of their flight. Your weight must be accurate within 5 pounds of reported weight.

In addition, it is essential that each passenger is physically able to enter and exit the aircraft with minimal assistance.

Private Charter Guests must inquire directly to obtain accurate load requirements based on departure/arrival locations.

WEATHER

We do not have a crystal ball and the weather in Alaska changes a lot. There is a chance that your trip will be cancelled due to the weather not being safe to fly in. Weather cancellations are the decision of the pilot on the day of the flight. If your trip cancels due to weather, you will be given a full refund and the option to rebook on a space available basis.

GROUPS

We operate two Cessna 206’s on floats allowing us to accommodate up to 10 passengers. However, due to weight restrictions, even small groups may be split into two aircraft. If this is a concern, please call before booking to verify availability.
