FILLED – 2026 OPENING – C206 pilots for the season May 1-Sept 30, 2026. We operate seasonally in south central Alaska— charters, scenic flights, guided bear views, national park tours. Schedule is 6 days per week. Pilot can expect to fly about 100 hours per month with landings in various environments, including lakes, rivers, and tidal locations. This is a customer service job: people skills required.

Work at our seaplane resort in Homer Alaska! We offer air taxi services, on-site lodging, a restaurant, and an event venue. Part-time and Full-time positions available. Season runs May through September.
Office Assistant
Duties:
- Answer Phones and Emails
- Help guests complete floatplane tour and lodging reservations
- Answer guest questions regarding tours and lodging via phone, email, and in-person
Schedule:
- Candidate should be available 4 pm – 8 pm

Short-Term Rental Cleaner/Light Maintenance
Duties:
- Housekeeping in our short-term rental cabins
- Janitorial duties in our event space and around the seaplane base

Season: Onsite May through September 2026 – min. 6 days/week

Job Description:
Experienced person to oversee all dining and catering operations at our resort.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including restaurant service and catered events.
– Work closely with resort management to make and achieve financial goals.
– Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and work closely with kitchen and serving staff
– Menu Development
– Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes with attention to detail and quality.
– Catering Management: Market & coordinate catering services for events ranging from small gatherings to large parties
– Inventory Ordering and Control: Ensure ingredients are fresh and readily available. Minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards, and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications:
– Strong background in the culinary arts and restaurant management
– Flexible 6-day/week schedule, including weekends and holidays.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Skills in communication, multi-task organization and flow
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
– Ability to manage multiple priorities.
