2025 OPENING – C206 pilots for the season May 1-Sept 30, 2025. We operate seasonally in south central Alaska— charters, scenic flights, guided bear views, national park tours. Schedule is 6 days per week. Pilot can expect to fly about 100 hours per month with landings in various environments, including lakes, rivers, and tidal locations. This is a customer service job: people skills required.

Join Our Team as an IA Airplane Mechanic!

Position: Director of Maintenance

Aircraft: Cessna 206

Location: Homer, Alaska

Season: Summer 2025  (May 15 – September 15, 2025)

We’re looking for a talented IA Airplane Mechanic to join our team in beautiful Homer, Alaska, for the summer season!

About Us: Nestled between stunning mountains and pristine waters, our company operates two Cessna 206 floatplanes, providing unforgettable experiences in the heart of Alaska. We pride ourselves on safety, reliability, and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on Cessna 206 aircraft in accordance with FAA Part 135 regulations.

– Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.

– Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

– Schedule is “on call” as maintenance dictates

Qualifications:

– Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license with an Inspection Authorization (IA).

– Experience with Cessna 206s preferred.

– Must provide own tools.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

– Ability to work outdoors on a dock in various weather conditions

– Ability to create manage and track a maintenance schedule

– Passion for aviation and a commitment to safety.

Work at our seaplane base in Homer, Alaska!

Part-time and Full-time positions available. Candidates must be available between the hours of 11 am – 3 pm. Flexible schedule; please inquire for details.

Season runs May – September.

Short-Term Rental Cleaning – All Cleaning Supplies Provided
